The salon was very professional looking and clean. My first appointment was cancelled and when I arrived for the reschedule I was ignored at reception for almost 10 mins. The waxer was experienced and chatty but the wax type was different to what I was used to for certain areas and I found it quite painful at times. Overall not sure if I would return .
