Not enough pressure for a deep tissue massage. It was noisy since only a curtain separates you from the rest of the place. We can hear the cars outside and the employees talking to each other. It was quite difficult to unwind.

Not good sports massage at all. Pressure was super light and more just spreading oil than massaging. Would not recommend
