Loved my first visit a few months ago, but this time was very disappointing. Booked a wash, cut, and dry—initially, only the front of my hair was blow-dried straight, and the back was left in its natural and curly state. When I mentioned it, thinking he might have overlooked, Dani said that’s all the service included and complained when I asked to finish it as if I was asking for too much. He did finish the job, but with attitude. Cut was nice, but the experience felt unprofessional and lazy.
