Susie is very welcoming She speaks very good English Her salon is clean and comfortable I was offered a hot drink and water as we sat at the table for a consultation I felt I was given sufficient information and agreed to start my treatment I was pleased that photos and measurements were taken beforehand Susie speaks enthusiastically about the treatment and has a number of years experience I felt comfortable and respected as a client and will continue with the treatment
