Saori really takes the time to listen to you, double-checks your wishes, and then executes them beautifully. My experience is always calm and fun, and I feel truly taken care of. My hair is very thick and can look like a brick if not cut properly. Saori understands how to cut volume and now I have a short cut that feels very light and pleasant.
