Emma never showed up for my appointment. I waited 25min. The owner called me to apologize and rebook but I had no time for this as a busy mom of two. I was really disappointed as I wanted to have my nails done ahead of our holidays. I’ve still not received a refund and don’t know whose fault it is . Treatwell or the salon.
