Ze hebben niet goed naar mijn afspraak gekeken, waardoor ik geen nail art kon doen. Daarnaast was de styliste ook een half uur laat. Uiteindelijk heb ik een andere behandeling mogen kiezen met korting, dus dat hebben ze goed opgelost.

I'm sorry but my nails are completely ruined and they hurt a lot because the tool to remove the gellak was not good and it probably took off layers of nails.

I booked an appointment for pedicure and received a confirmation by email and sms. When arriving I was told to inform what kind of massage I desire. (The lady started to rub my thigs....) Insisting on a pedicure I was told that all the giors on the premises were there for massages. "And please just cross the road there is more than one place where you can get a pedicure."
