Ukrainian beaty salon, barber didn't speak Dutch or English but there was a younger girl who could translate but if you have pictures it will be fine. She gave me an amazing haircut, very skilled and well trained in cutting curly hair. Gave a great modern mullet to me.
Although communication was difficult, great experience.
