Very disappointing experience. I was blamed for booking the wrong service due to a system issue—my iPhone showed different options than the master’s Android. The nail master rushed me, claiming no time, even though I arrived early and she had 20 minutes free. I left unhappy with a treatment I didn’t want and still paid €17 extra. No solutions, just “everyone’s busy.” Be warned—clients get blamed for their tech issues. Terrible service.

Olena did a great job with my hair!! The haircut came out amazing just like I wanted it. Definitely recommend her. Also the salon is very clean and everyone is very polite. I had a great experience!!
