I went there for the first time for a Brazilian wax! First the staff was not really friendly and professional as she hurried the treatment! She used strip wax instead of hard wax and it burned my entire lips & and took away a part of my skin ! Indeed the price seems attractive but don't go there !

I enjoyed my beauty treatment at Chareau very much. The venue is cute and clean, the staff nice and professional. I'm really satisfied with me wax treatment as well! Really well done and the price was really good. I'm definitely planning to go back again soon!
