My skin under my eyebrows is now damaged due to brutal and rough waxing. First of all it was done without asking me whether I want it or I want epilation. It was done in a very rough and quick way so it was very painful, burning and I have got straight away red stripes under my eyes. Now there are long red scratches.I have to wait till it all heals - and I have meetings with clients - quite a damage. I found the general tone of voice and service unfriendly and would never recommend it.
