Erica is lovely, attentive, kind and the conversation was very pleasant. But I believe there is room for improvement in the pedicure service..I was expecting a more thorough treatment for a “spa pedicure” (usually I got scrub and cream at the end) but when I got home and took a better look I realised calluses and skin thickening are still there and the skin looks dry and grated. I’m saddened to leave a not so positive review but I was also hoping to get a better end result for this price point
