I got my upper lip and underarn waxed. Though things weren't painful when the expert was waxing, I realized after leaving salon that upper lip was burnt. I now have a huge red scar which is very painful. I do not know if it was the product or multiple waxing attempts, but I am left with a very unhappy experience.
