Far from my first time at Sensu and I always try to see Kim whenever possible. Tried the new BIAB manicure just in time for my holiday and initially it had a couple of small issues that I only noticed when I got home. Came back the next day and it was fixed immediately and Kim was extremely professional and apologetic. Customer service is definitely key here, it’s not a conveyor belt like many other salons. Looking forward to my next appointment already!

Fijne ontvangst, aardige meiden. Had de indruk dat de wenkbrauwen netjes waren gewaxt/geepileerd. Maar….de wax is denk ik te heet geweest want 2 dagen na de behandeling heb ik nog steeds een rood wondje op op de plek waar gewaxt is. Twee keer per dag kalmerende gel op gedaan maar blijft vervelend rood. Jammer, ik zal niet snel terug gaan.
