Professional, incredibly friendly and the customer service is top-notch. Located on the second floor of a beautiful quaint (barber-) shop made the entire experience even more aesthetically pleasing. My tooth gem is set wonderfully, and she took her time to help me out, and did a great job! It's done so well that 3 friends cannot wait to make their appointment with Roffagems after seeing it.
