This is not my first time at She is art, I had a great experience twice. Chelsea has attention to details and she definitely knows to listen to clients. Cute salon and super clean. Totally recommend this place! Note: I didn’t experience children’s haircut but the app wouldn’t allow me to submit my review until I rated that section too.
