I felt happy and refreshed and my skin felt good and smooth after.
I wore no make up for the whole day and evening.

This was the first time that I received an infrared mask treatment. I was amazed by the way I felt during and after the treatment. My whole body relaxed in a way that I had never felt before. This resulted in a substantial decrease in my chronic back pain that has lasted several days so far. Later I did some research on the internet about how infrared light therapy has been shown to be beneficial in treating chronic back pain. Regarding my face, my skin feels very soft and smooth but sensitive.
