I had a medium massage, which for me was quite intense. But ok. It’s a thai massage. I get that. However when i got home i felt soar and my neck/shoulder was painfull. I went to bed and had a very uncomfortable night. Couldn’t find the right posture to sleep. Not nice at all. I hope it will be better tonight
