Adem was lovely & the salon was vclean, but unfortunately I had a bad experience. My hair is far darker than I requested it, I was not asked how I wanted my hair blowdryed, & my blowdry held for less than an hour after leaving the salon. I contacted Adem after to explain that I was not happy with the service, & instead of offering to cooperate, he responded calling me 'impossible' & saying that 'I did the kind of blowdry I wanted before he had a chance to ask'... not sure what he means by this!

First, the place invites you to relax. Adem is as professional as kind, he really takes his time to take care of every detail while working and I appreciate it. I went for a haircut for the first time and loved it.
