The lady wasn’t aimable not knowledgeable on the phone. Not even business driven. I booked the same day les than two hours before my appointment (so they didn't have lots of bookings also not a queue of clients waiting), therefore not possible to reschedule nor cancel it, so I called wishing to reschedule, but only to find out it was impossible for them to keep a client and save my money. Regrettable!
