The salon is amazing, as usual very clean and the people there are lovely. But I asked for a caramel colored hair color and I came out auburn! I dislike the color and it looks nothing like what we’d discussed! I also had my hair cut and they cut off ten centimeters when had agreed to cut 4 of 5. I used to swear by them but I’m not coming back.
