I’ve been doing gel polish since 2015 and I got the best gellak that I ever had at Sister’s Beauty. (I also got a biab under.) It’s been three weeks during which I did considerable amount of work in the kitchen, yet no signs of chipping. The ladies are great at their job and also very kind. Big thanks + I’ve already booked my next appointments.

I don’t understand how this place has such high reviews. Complete rip off. €47 for a basic pedicure and NO polish, it was also quite painful. The chairs and set up are situated very awkward and uncomfortable. Also they won’t allow you to use card via pin which is pretty strange and there’s no signage to suggest this. Basically you’d be better doing your own pedicure at home

I got my appointment booked and fully paid 10 days in advanced (the rest was full) and I got a direct cancellation in less than 24 h from the day of booking with availability in 20 days, without information on refunds. I had to ask how to get refunded.
This gave a very bad first impression and poor cuatomer service. I will not try this place.

I had a very unpleasant experience today at my visit at this salon. It was the third time going there but certainly the last. I had an appointment for gelak removal and spa manicure. I was 10 minutes early in my appointment but I wasnt called until 25 minutes past my appointment time. When it was finally my time, the lady told me that the gelak removal was not in their system. I showed her my Treatwell booking but she didnt say anything. Then she asked me what colour I wanted. This was the first time I did this treatment at the salon, so I assumed it was included in my booking given that I showed it to her. She did not inform me that this costed extra. My appointment should have lasted 45 minutes but we were done in 30 minutes. I could tell that she was distracted. She removed the gelak with an electric nail spinner that was burning me at times and she added the normal polish without base which could stain my nails. I went to pay and I was asked to pay in cash (they had actually called me to tell me). I find this very strange and I was not given a receipt either. After she told me the agreed price, she changed her mind and asked me for more money for the polish. I was very dissapointed for both waiting 25 minutes and not been communicated appropriately the service, so I complained. She was arguing with me and I felt very uncomfortable. Eventually she agreed to the booking price but my whole experienced was ruined. Previously, I was even offered a drink at my arrival, which was not the case this time. I did not feel welcome so I won't return.
