Luistert niet naar je, plaatst het erg donker en is gewoon verpest. Sfeer was erg onprettig en dames die er werken lijken chagrijnig en er geen zin in te hebben. Geen aanrader

I recently had a manicure and gel polish service with Fatima. While her technical work was good, I found her attitude extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. She did not greet me when I arrived and barely spoke to me throughout the appointment. Even simple instructions, like asking me to put my hand under the UV light, were given through gestures rather than words. Since we share the same native language, I’m certain it wasn’t a language barrier.
The most unpleasant moment was when, after choosing my gel polish color, I politely asked if she could mix it with another shade. She responded in a very sharp tone, saying, “Why didn’t you choose from the beginning? Now I have to bring the catalog again.” I then decided to stick with my original choice to avoid further tension.
At the end of the service, she didn’t say whether my nails were done or if everything was okay she simply stood up and walked away. Unfortunately, despite her good skills, the lack of basic courtesy made this a very disappointing experience.
If I ever have to return to this salon, I will make sure to avoid booking with her as much as possible.
