I had a wonderful facial with Katie. She was warm and attentive, taking time to chat with me and carefully fill out the form to understand my needs. The space was clean, renovated, and perfectly quiet and peaceful. I loved the personalized approach to my skin, and for the first time in Amsterdam I experienced an eye treatment. The soothing eye patches and extra care made it feel truly special. Katie also shared thoughtful tips for at-home care and the weeks ahead. Overall, it was a professional, rejuvenating treatment that completely met my goals for the session.
