I found the staff to be very friendly and polite, but unfortunately, the overall service was disappointing. The manicure and pedicure were poorly done. I even had to ask for extra scrubbing on my feet, but they still didn’t feel properly cleaned. The only good part was how nicely they filed my fingernails. The pedicure chair was very old and didn’t look clean, and the towels were worn out and even torn in some places. It’s a shame because the people working there were kind.
