I had a terrible experience here. First of all, I arrived on time to my appointment and when I walked in no one greeted me or even acted like I was there. I then had to wait 20 minutes for the worker to be done with the other client before my existence was acknowledged and she barely apologised for making me wait AND not letting me know if/when she’d be finished. She was also super rough with my cuticles. The only reason I didn’t just walk out is because I had already paid online. Never again!
