The experienced trainee was a really nice person, but my nails look horrible: she couldn’t remove the old product properly, filed the nails in the most hurtful way,The nail polish was applied unevenly and instead of 1h40 the appointment lasted2h30. Everyone is super nice, but if I pay 70
Euros for my nails I expect them to be impeccable.
