I think Luiza was fairly new, since the biab treatment that I got was not the best. My nails kept coming off. I want back once and the owner did tell me I could go back if I had more damages. I was not feeling to go back after the first time. Just would have wished they would have told me and reduced the rate for a beginner. Apartfrom that Luiza was very kind.
