ABSOLUTELY THE WORST hair appointment of my life! I have booked Soap Hair&Beauty salon for washing my hair, trimming the ends and blow dry. I have come on time for my appointment (even 10 min early), I was asked about specifics of my appointment but the I was ignored for next 40 MINUTES by 4 hairdressers working there, while there were chatting and slowly working on other customers. I would usually not mind this but 3 hours after my booked appointment I had university defense ceremony so I was on certain schedule to be ready. After 40 min of ignoring they told me due to the time pressure they cannot cut my hair anymore, so they will just wash and style it and that's it. So my hairs were washed and then only half-dried since I really had to leave to make it. When I got nervous about not making it to my ceremony all I got was all the hairdresser of the salon laughing at me. I have never been so disrespected in my life!!!! So STAY AWAY from this salon unless you have like 4 hours for the appointment which should only take 45 minutes and you don't care about being treated with respect.

Ik wou even snel me haren laten knippen en dat kon hier. Toen ik binnenkwam zag het er mooi uit. Ook had ik aangegeven om mijn haren te wassen. Dit was erg fijn. Daarna knippen, alleen de puntjes zei ik en beetje in model brengen. Dit zag we prachtig uit. Nu is mijn haar weer mooi in model.

Mijn 16 jarige zoon ging voor de eerste keer naar de kapper. We kwamen voor een was, knip en stylbehandeling, maar hij koos voor een mooie kleur in zijn haar. Het is een prachtige robijnrode kleur geworden en hij is super tevreden. Hartelijk dank voor jullie fijne ervaring. Je ziet ons nog zeker terug....
