The person who did my biab wasn't Khai. I had a 12:30 appointment, but I was serviced late. Although the appointment was supposed to last 30 minutes, I ended up leaving nearly 2 hours later at 14:25... The biab looks great overall, but it's a bit thicker on one hand compared to the other...
