Polina brings a unique blend of artistry and expertise to every massage session. With a professional background as a dancer (ArtEZ Bachelor of Dance, NL) and certification in yoga, she has been deeply connected to body awareness and muscle care from a young age. Inspired by her mother, a massage therapist and future osteopath, Polina grew up in a family rooted in physical performance and health—both her parents were former circus artists. This rich history has shaped her understanding of the body and its needs. Polina completed her Massage certification through NGS at the Wellness Institute in Schiedam in 2024. Polina’s signature style integrates Swedish techniques like effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, friction, and vibration, tailored to meet each client’s unique goals and preferences. Her adaptable approach ensures a session that is both relaxing and effective. Polina believes that communication is key to creating the perfect massage experience. She takes time to understand her clients’ needs, discussing expectations and adjusting pressure and techniques accordingly. Whether through a quiet, serene atmosphere or light conversation, Polina ensures her clients feel at ease.
