I’ve been coming here for 6 months, but this appointment was very disappointing. One nail was cut far too short and the skin underneath was cut, causing bleeding and, after few days, it still hurts. The gellak is very thin, leaving my nails weak and fragile. The workstation was also not clean, with dust and nail debris from previous clients everywhere. Communication needs improvement as it relied entirely on Google Translate. Not the standard I expected from a regular customer.

The service is okay, but hygiene and communication need improvement. For safety, nail and cuticle clippers must be sterilized before every use, and stations should be cleaner. Clearer communication from the staff would also make a big difference.
