She’s really calm without being aggressively blissful. I always have a tricky time when the therapist is very set on the mood and feeling in the room. Sophie’s feels like a space that isn’t overwhelmingly heavy with the therapists spiritual vibe and that my comfort level was the focus of the space. She takes clear notes of your complaints both mind and body and communicates well what she can do to help in the process.

This time we worked on grounding and boundaries. The amazing thing is that after the massage you immediately feel a big difference in your body. Also psychological. Next to relaxation the massage of Sophie works on more and deeper levels.

She is very friendly and caring. Listens to you and focuses on where your problems are. Always leaving so relaxed :)
