Exactly what i needed this day! it really helped my muscle and my mind to relax

This time it was a very healing treatment on a physical (backpain) and a mental (sorrows about my backpain) level. I felt relieved after the massage, I felt my boundaries again and the next day my backpain was gone. Sophie can explain on different levels what she experienced and that helps me to give the right attention to my selfcare.
