We had a head spa treatment. The place is nice, but it wasn't a relaxing, pampering, or enjoyable experience.
The staff were determined to clean our scalps—which they identified as clean from the start—so it turned into a very intense cleaning session. I felt like they were in a rush and their touch wasn't pleasant.
If you need to clean your scalp, go for it. But if you are coming to relax and enjoy yourself, this isn't the place for that.
