Ik had een ontspanningsmassage geboekt, maar mijn ervaring was helaas allesbehalve ontspannen. De ruimte was koud en weinig privé, de gordijnen sloten niet goed en de muziek stond hard. De behandelaar droeg handschoenen vanwege een wondje zonder dit uit te leggen, wat erg onprettig was. Ook mijn wens voor extra aandacht bij migraine werd niet begrepen. De massagetechniek voelde standaard en niet kundig aan. Al met al voelde ik me er niet prettig en kom ik niet meer terug.

Amber is absolutely lovely and she did a fantastic job - very thorough and attentive to detail. It seems as though the time allocated for different things should be a bit longer though - I had requested time for a soak off instead of e-file removal, but even though we didn’t do it we still ran out of time. The girls always seem a bit rushed, and it would be nicer if they were able to take their time so that the experience felt overall a bit more “high-end” as advertised.
