The surface of the polish nail on some nails is not even. Technique of removing cuticles doesn’t seem to be correct because they grew back way worse, whilst I never had this issue before (I’m always okay with skipping this step entirely). The person doing the manicure took the cuticles nippers from her cosmetic bag and put it back after she finished my manicure: I doubt it was sterilized before and after, which is the biggest concern to me. Especially that my skin got broken during the manicure
