Karolina was considerate and reassuring, which made me feel very relaxed and during the treatment, also relieved that she found small 'problems' in my muscles that I didn't brief her on beforehand. It made me feel considerably better after her treatment/massage on them. I definitely recommend a massage by Karolina!

The treatment was great.
My only negative comment is that my appointment was for 1200. I then received an email saying it had been changed to 1215. I arrived at 1215 and was asked to wait and wasn’t seen until 1230. No explanation or apology received.
Despite the delay this place is worth a visit.

At the start I mentioned I have sensitive thin nails. She tried to be careful but it didn't prevent a couple of burns and cuts here and there. It was our first time together and the nails turned out very pretty. So I can see past that. They gave me good advice on the colours and adjusted the price accordingly. It was ok, and I will return. But hoping next time will be less painful. :-)
