I visited Spaaz for three different treatments - biab, brow lamination, and full legs + bikini waxing. While I had a very pleasant experience with the waxing, the brow lamination treatment was a straight up scam. The one thing I emphasised repeatedly was that I really didn’t want the eyebrows too dark - what I left the salon with was very very dark eyebrows not looking even remotely natural, too thin, patchy, cut at different lengths and NOT laminated. Foul smell in the salon and very noisy too
