Welcoming is too informal (lady on her phone in the street), we were taken to another location that was not ready to welcome customers (no light), lots of noise during treatment (therapist moving around, using water), the towel was too small to cover both my chest and my feet. Overall massage was nice but the gestures were too short when they should always finish at the end of each limb.
