Salon was oké maar behandeling niet. Julie was gehaast, onvriendelijk en hardhandig. Behandeling was pijnlijk. Ze was zo ruw dat een teen ging bloeden. Geen excuses, geen reactie. Toen ik het bloed depte, reageerde ze geïrriteerd. Na de behandeling liep ze weg zonder iets te zeggen. Erg jammer want mooie, schone salon.

I opted for the Urban Detox facial at Spaaz, following a recommendation from the in-house facialists. As I understand it, extractions are not included by default in this treatment, though they can be added upon request. I asked for it to be included, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. The extraction was carried out attentively and with great care. My skin wasn’t swollen afterwards. A couple of days later, my skin feels soft, clear, and noticeably free of impurities.
