The head spa was pleasant and relaxing, but the blow-dry was a disaster. They spent 1.5 hours on my hair (usually a 20-minute job), and by the time I got home, I looked like a scarecrow. I had to rewash and style it myself to look presentable for my birthday dinner. I received a 25-euro refund (not sure how it was calculated), but it didn’t make up for the experience.
