I think Victoria did a great job on my manicure and gel polishing. However, the scheduling for appointment was terrible. Initially I booked an appointment for 3pm but I received a call an hour before my appointment time asking whether I could go in at 3.20pm. I agreed. Upon arrival, I had to wait until 15.55 to finally get my nails done. I see no point of appointment system here. Although, they offered me 20% discount, my experience here still wasn’t great.
