After the wax, my entire back and shoulders erupted in hives in a severe allergic reaction. After that calmed down I then had a rash of many, many spots across my back and shoulders. This was because most of the hairs had not been pulled out at the root but instead been snapped off. So as they began to grow back I got many ingrown hairs, this was painful and unsightly and ruined my summer vacation. I emailed Spaaz the next day about my issue and they never responded.
Very bad service.
