A nail chipped off and instead of an excuse the salon ignored me for a days and I got a nonsense explanation blaming it on the customer. I never got the promised discount either. Very disappointed in the customer service of this “high quality” salon.

Hele fijne salon. Dit is nu mijn 2e keer en ik ben wel van plan hier te blijven komen. Ze zijn hygiënisch, netjes en je voelt je op je gemak.

Het was het net niet, had het gevoel dat het gehaast was, alles was niet lekker!!!! Geen goed gevoel erbij! Had dit wel gelijk moeten zeggen.
