Fijne duo behandeling gehad!
Helemaal geweldig
Andrea was very nice and did exactly what I asked for quickly. However, the receptionist continue to speak to me in Dutch even though I spoke English to her, and the price is relatively high for the service, so overall good enough but won’t necessarily go back.
I had high expectations for this head spa experience, it was my birthday, but unfortunately it fell short in several key areas. A head spa should feel like a deeply relaxing, intentional treatment, not just an elevated hair wash. At times, the experience felt indistinguishable from a basic salon shampoo, lacking the sense of care and immersion you would expect from a dedicated wellness treatment. There was also no clear flow or rhythm to the session. The sequence of movements felt disjointed, which made it difficult to fully relax or settle into the experience. Adding to this, there were multiple periods of “dead time” where the facilitator seemed occupied with cleaning or moving around, rather than maintaining a continuous, soothing touch. The techniques themselves felt rushed and too brief to be effective. Whether working on the scalp, shoulders, or hands, the strokes were too quick and inconsistent to create a truly calming or therapeutic effect. Relaxation requires time and continuity, and that was missing here. Another noticeable issue was the use of cold oil and cold hands, which immediately broke any sense of comfort. Small details like temperature make a big difference in treatments like this, and this aspect felt overlooked. The overall impression was that the facilitator seemed disengaged and somewhat clumsy in their approach, which further detracted from the experience. This was especially disappointing given the variety of tools available; many of which were either underutilized or not used to their full potential. In the end, the entire session felt rushed and lacking in intention. With better attention to flow, presence, and technique, this could have been a much more enjoyable and restorative experience. And one that better reflects the premium price being charged.
