I feel bad giving such low rating, but I want to give an honest review. The hairdresser seems like a lovely lady, but I am disappointed with the results. She washed, cut and blow dried my hair in less than 23 min. Istg it took her like 10 min. max to cut my hair. And it really shows. It looks like I cut my hair myself. I wanted a blunt cut past my shoulders with face framing pieces. Didn't get almost any face framing pieces and she didn't feather the ends, now it look like a kabuki brush.
