I've bee coming here several times, and every visit has been an excellent experience. The atmosphere is always pleasant and welcoming, and the staff are punctual and kind. My hairstylist Marcelo is truly outstanding, very attentive and detail-oriented, always understanting exactly what I want. The results are consistently amazing, and the products used are of high quality. I always leave feeling completely sastified and well taken care of. It truly feels like home every time. Highly RECOMMENDED!

My experience with Cinthia wasn't the best; she didn't meet my expectations in terms of design and quality. I've had the lashes for four days and have lost a lot. The price was ridiculously expensive compared to what I got in return.
