My hair turned out nicely, but I had a few problems. My hair had to be redone, which took an extra hour an a half. Despite this, I still found crusty pieces of dye in my hair that required an extra wash at home. The shirt I was wearing got completely damaged with bleach down the back, so now it's unwearable. Overall I like my hair, but this on top of the 330€ price point did not make the appointment feel worth it.
