This has been the worst waxing experience I ever got (brazilian wax). I arrived on time at the appointment, I was told to wait another 10 mins as the wax was not ready (didn't you know you had an appointment for waxing?) and after a while I was asked to go at the back of the salon after a shady curtain that anyone could pull and see me naked. 1.
